The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.37 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 206.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.61 per cent at Rs 62.45 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.21 per cent to Rs 44.37 crore from Rs 30.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 304.00 per cent at Rs 1.01 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.25 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 67.81 per cent to Rs 18.09 crore as against Rs 10.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.91 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 60.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 81.82 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.33 crore).
