The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.29 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.42 per cent at Rs 515.89 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 609.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.51 per cent to Rs 516.12 crore from Rs 603.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 70200.00 per cent at Rs 7.03 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 103.43 per cent to Rs -0.23 crore as against Rs 6.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 103.64 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 82.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.34 crore, while Taxation increased by 57.89 per cent at Rs 1.50 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.95 crore).
