The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.04 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 99.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.58 per cent at Rs 18.38 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 31.73 per cent to Rs 18.33 crore from Rs 26.85 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 98.60 per cent to Rs 0.05 crore as against Rs 3.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 97.61 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
