The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.13 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1322.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.26 per cent at Rs 57.23 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.95 per cent to Rs 51.58 crore from Rs 49.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 171.79 per cent at Rs 1.06 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 18.95 per cent to Rs 5.65 crore as against Rs 4.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.04 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 5.17 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.65 crore, while Taxation decreased by 266.07 per cent at Rs -0.93 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.56 crore).
