The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 70.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 84.66 per cent at Rs 6.16 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 84.86 per cent to Rs 6.02 crore from Rs 39.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 22.22 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 65.00 per cent to Rs 0.14 crore as against Rs 0.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 132.32 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 60.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 53.85 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.13 crore).
