The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 27.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 38.74 per cent at Rs 135.04 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 220.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.35 per cent to Rs 134.09 crore from Rs 214.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 12.08 per cent at Rs 8.44 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 7.53 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 85.20 per cent to Rs 0.95 crore as against Rs 6.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 75.95 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 71.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 38.68 per cent at Rs 2.33 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.80 crore).
