The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 41.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.88 per cent at Rs 218.16 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 231.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.18 per cent to Rs 211.85 crore from Rs 212.23 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 879.71 per cent at Rs 5.38 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs -0.69 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 67.71 per cent to Rs 6.32 crore as against Rs 19.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 65.64 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 28.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.68 crore, while Taxation decreased by 97.03 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.37 crore).
