The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 11.69 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 0.50 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.67 per cent at Rs 97.98 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 120.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.63 per cent to Rs 103.23 crore from Rs 111.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 103.70 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.27 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 160.28 per cent to Rs -5.25 crore as against Rs 8.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 174.14 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 59.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 206.12 per cent at Rs -1.50 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.49 crore).
