The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.67 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.70 per cent at Rs 29.61 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 48.17 per cent to Rs 27.19 crore from Rs 18.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 92.45 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 70.42 per cent to Rs 2.42 crore as against Rs 1.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.61 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 7.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 133.33 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.15 crore).
