The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.12 crore compared to net profit of Rs 3.00 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 37.29 per cent at Rs 13.10 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 35.65 per cent to Rs 14.24 crore from Rs 22.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 22.41 per cent at Rs 1.42 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.06 per cent to Rs -1.14 crore as against Rs -1.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.46 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 22.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 97.03 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.01 crore).
