The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 9.09 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 676.47 per cent at Rs 1.32 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.50 per cent to Rs 0.33 crore from Rs 0.40 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 512.50 per cent to Rs 0.99 crore as against Rs -0.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 153.61 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 454.55 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.61 crore, while Taxation increased by 214.29 per cent at Rs -0.22 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.07 crore).
