Dear Sir / Madam,\r\n\r\nThis is to inform you that, pursuant to regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the provisions of Regulation 23(9) relating to disclosure of Related Party Transactions are not applicable to our company.\r\nAs on the last date of the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, the paid up equity share capital of the company was Rs. 5.59 crores and net worth Rs. 16.73 crores, which are below threshold limits of Rs. 10 crores and Rs. 25 crores, respectively., prescribed under regulation 15(2) of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015.
