Pursuant to regulation 30(6) read with Part A Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, as amended we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors vide resolution passed at their meeting held on Friday 29th May, 2026 and as per sec 149, 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Schedule IV & Reg 17(1) (b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 has approved the reappointment for a second term of 5 consecutive years to be effective from April 01, 2027 of Mr. Sanjay Ramakant Buch (DIN: 0391436) Mr. Niraj Shirgaokar (DIN: 00254525) and Ms. Rama Kirloskar (DIN: 07474724) as an Additional Director on the Board as an Independent Director of the Company. The approval of the Board is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the forthcoming AGM.
