The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.42 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 287.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.53 per cent at Rs 70.56 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.58 per cent to Rs 65.61 crore from Rs 68.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 41.82 per cent at Rs 0.96 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.65 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8150.00 per cent to Rs 4.95 crore as against Rs 0.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7688.89 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 43.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.96 crore, while Taxation decreased by 53.30 per cent at Rs -0.85 crore (Mar'25 Rs -1.82 crore).
