The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 124.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 285.97 per cent at Rs 34.39 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 255.94 per cent to Rs 32.07 crore from Rs 9.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 46.15 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2420.00 per cent to Rs 2.32 crore as against Rs -0.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 701.79 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 12.77 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.47 crore).
