The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 6.28 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.70 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 37.16 per cent at Rs 10.62 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 73.54 per cent to Rs 2.94 crore from Rs 11.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 275.81 per cent at Rs 10.41 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.77 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.64 per cent to Rs 7.68 crore as against Rs 5.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 111.03 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 841.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 91.28 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.49 crore).
