The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.45 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 9.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.99 per cent at Rs 24.63 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.55 per cent to Rs 13.35 crore from Rs 13.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 73.52 per cent at Rs 1.30 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.91 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.24 per cent to Rs 11.28 crore as against Rs 9.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.41 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 1.22 per cent at Rs 4.84 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.90 crore).
