The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 73.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.50 per cent at Rs 134.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 103.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.69 per cent to Rs 103.38 crore from Rs 89.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3189.74 per cent at Rs -12.05 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 114.11 per cent to Rs 31.26 crore as against Rs 14.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 65.27 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 10.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 84.44 per cent at Rs 1.66 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.90 crore).
