The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.83 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18200.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 80.90 per cent at Rs 28.51 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 68.85 per cent to Rs 26.34 crore from Rs 15.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 42.86 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1176.47 per cent to Rs 2.17 crore as against Rs 0.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 617.92 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 250.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 41.67 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.12 crore).
