The Board of Directors at their meeting held today on May 29, 2026 have approved the Audited Financial Results and based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the appointment of Mr. Balavijayan as Additional Director and Mr. M. Govindarajan as Non-Executive Director.
