Jullundur Motor Agency (Delhi) Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 28, 2026, recommended the appointment of Shri Varoon Malik, as Director and Managing Director of the Company, for a period of Five (5) years commencing from 01st September, 2026, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
