Lahoti Overseas - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board of Directors of the company has recommended the final dividend of Rs. 0.20/- (Twenty Paise only) per equity share, having face value of Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
