The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 3.67 crore compared to net profit of Rs 4.12 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 73.14 per cent at Rs 24.18 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 90.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 69.75 per cent to Rs 25.44 crore from Rs 84.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 95.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.80 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 121.28 per cent to Rs -1.26 crore as against Rs 5.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 179.18 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 4.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 170.59 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.17 crore).
