The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.42 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.64 per cent at Rs 72.67 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 65.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.17 per cent to Rs 70.98 crore from Rs 63.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 106.67 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 7.65 per cent to Rs 1.69 crore as against Rs 1.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.19 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 23.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 350.00 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.04 crore).
