Omansh Enterprises - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

The Company has entered into a Farm- In Agreement with a consortium of Companies, M/s Ramayna Ispat Pvt Ltd, M/s Duggar Fiber Pvt Ltd, M/s BDN Enterprises Pvt Ltd, and M/s Mahendra Infratech Pvt Ltd, the details of which, are annexed herewith.
