The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.04 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 84.62 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.42 per cent at Rs 24.81 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.82 per cent to Rs 24.50 crore from Rs 20.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 55.07 per cent to Rs 0.31 crore as against Rs 0.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 61.42 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 36.36 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.22 crore).
