The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 3.81 crore compared to net loss of Rs 22.54 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.50 per cent at Rs 7.85 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 97.46 per cent to Rs 0.89 crore from Rs 35.04 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 126.56 per cent to Rs 6.95 crore as against Rs -26.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 130.05 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 182.58 per cent at Rs 2.94 crore (Mar'25 Rs -3.56 crore).
