The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.41 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1266.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.20 per cent at Rs 20.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.66 per cent to Rs 20.11 crore from Rs 22.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 333.33 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 57.69 per cent to Rs 0.11 crore as against Rs 0.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 52.68 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 81.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 700.00 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.02 crore).
