The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 66.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.86 per cent at Rs 68.52 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 61.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.18 per cent to Rs 62.67 crore from Rs 57.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.00 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.25 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 51.16 per cent to Rs 5.85 crore as against Rs 3.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 36.20 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 11.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.56 crore, while Taxation increased by 58.06 per cent at Rs 1.47 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.93 crore).
