The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.52 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 116.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.55 per cent at Rs 4.34 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.41 per cent to Rs 3.57 crore from Rs 4.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.09 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.51 per cent to Rs 0.77 crore as against Rs 0.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 50.94 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 57.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 150.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.06 crore).
