The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.83 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 148.90 per cent at Rs 50.85 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 157.07 per cent to Rs 49.46 crore from Rs 19.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2016.67 per cent at Rs 1.27 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.97 per cent to Rs 1.38 crore as against Rs 1.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 53.26 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 527.59 per cent at Rs 1.82 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.29 crore).
