Cropster Agro Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was supposed to be held on Thursday, 28th May, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. is now rescheduled to Saturday, 30th May, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company situated at B/2, 207, West Gate Business Bay, Opp. Andaj Party Plot, SG Highway, Jivraj Park, Ahmedabad, Ahmadabad City, Gujarat, India - 380 051, inter alia, to discuss and consider:\r\n\r\n1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2026 along with Auditor's Report.\r\n2. Any other matter to be discussed and consider with the permission of Chairperson of the Board Meeting.
