The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.16 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.05 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.51 per cent at Rs 3.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 27.02 per cent to Rs 3.62 crore from Rs 4.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.48 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 371.43 per cent to Rs 0.33 crore as against Rs 0.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 512.50 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 10.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 64.71 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.17 crore).
