The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 138.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.86 per cent at Rs 68.88 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.40 per cent to Rs 63.06 crore from Rs 66.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 175.68 per cent at Rs 1.02 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.37 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 36.94 per cent to Rs 5.82 crore as against Rs 4.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 41.07 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 30.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 32.14 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.56 crore).
