The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.72 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 37.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 1128.87 per cent at Rs 41.29 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 894.03 per cent to Rs 41.65 crore from Rs 4.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.36 per cent at Rs 2.63 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.41 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 56.10 per cent to Rs -0.36 crore as against Rs -0.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 96.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation decreased by 46.67 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.75 crore).
