This is to inform that the Outcome of Board Meeting were submitted to the Stock Exchange vide outcome dated May 16, 2026.\r\nHowever, due to inadvertent omission, the Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditors was not attached along with the said submission. Except for the above, there is no change in the information already submitted to the Stock Exchange vide outcome dated May 16, 2026, and all other disclosures remain unchanged.\r\n\r\nAccordingly, please find enclosed herewith the Audit Report.
