The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.83 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 125.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 47.03 per cent at Rs 128.52 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 87.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.56 per cent to Rs 119.68 crore from Rs 83.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 31.15 per cent at Rs 3.20 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.44 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 155.49 per cent to Rs 8.84 crore as against Rs 3.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 73.74 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 42.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 983.33 per cent at Rs 2.65 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.30 crore).
