The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.13 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.26 per cent at Rs 36.88 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.58 per cent to Rs 36.69 crore from Rs 29.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 72.41 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 141.67 per cent to Rs 0.20 crore as against Rs -0.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 132.52 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 37.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 100.00 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.08 crore).
