1. Approve the increase in borrowing powers of the Company under Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of members of the company. 2. Approve the increase in limits for giving loan or guarantees or providing securities in connection with the loan made to any other body corporate or person or making investments under section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of the memebers of the Company.
