The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.59 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 71.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.60 per cent at Rs 57.93 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.41 per cent to Rs 51.04 crore from Rs 35.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs -0.03 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs -0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 52.77 per cent to Rs 6.89 crore as against Rs 4.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.54 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 71.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 1275.00 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.08 crore).
