We would like to inform the exchanges that pursuant to the recommendation of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on May 26, 2026 has approved the appointment of Mr. Sunder Nilakantan as an Internal Auditor and Chief Risk Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 26, 2026.With this appointment, Mr. Niranjan Gokhale shall cease to hold the additional role and position of Internal Auditor and Chief Risk Officer w.e.f. May 26, 2026 and will continue to hold the position of Head Strategy.
