The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.80 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.67 per cent at Rs 226.09 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 224.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.61 per cent to Rs 207.08 crore from Rs 205.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 147.06 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.28 per cent to Rs 19.00 crore as against Rs 18.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.72 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 16.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.77 crore, while Taxation decreased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.04 crore).
