In reference to our earlier communication dated May 21, 2026 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, May 26, 2026 has inter alia, considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results and Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026.
