The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.25 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.02 per cent at Rs 138.51 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 125.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.90 per cent to Rs 126.56 crore from Rs 114.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 74.07 per cent at Rs 1.88 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.53 per cent to Rs 11.96 crore as against Rs 11.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.70 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 12.33 per cent at Rs 3.28 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.92 crore).
