The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 162.10 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 143.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.20 per cent at Rs 1,100.80 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,046.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.55 per cent to Rs 897.90 crore from Rs 875.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 25.61 per cent at Rs 46.60 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 37.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 18.79 per cent to Rs 202.90 crore as against Rs 170.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.93 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 3.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.50 crore, while Taxation increased by 80.08 per cent at Rs 44.30 crore (Mar'25 Rs 24.60 crore).
