The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.44 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 67.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 36.88 per cent at Rs 143.52 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 227.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 69.35 per cent to Rs 61.05 crore from Rs 199.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 680.00 per cent at Rs 13.26 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.70 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 192.65 per cent to Rs 82.47 crore as against Rs 28.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 363.76 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 39.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 0.25 per cent at Rs 4.00 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.01 crore).
