The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.01 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 64.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.87 per cent at Rs 98.90 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 90.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.03 per cent to Rs 87.41 crore from Rs 82.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 84.85 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.33 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 36.79 per cent to Rs 11.49 crore as against Rs 8.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.51 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 68.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation increased by 49.03 per cent at Rs 3.07 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.06 crore).
