The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.12 per cent at Rs 123.57 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 123.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.53 per cent to Rs 106.86 crore from Rs 106.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 166.67 per cent at Rs 4.40 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.65 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 4.08 per cent to Rs 16.71 crore as against Rs 17.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.98 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 40.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 77.78 per cent at Rs 3.04 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.71 crore).
