The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.10 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 13.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.14 per cent at Rs 55.31 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.09 per cent to Rs 44.45 crore from Rs 37.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.39 per cent at Rs 1.83 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 3.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 34.22 per cent to Rs 10.86 crore as against Rs 16.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 35.59 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 35.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.13 per cent at Rs 3.20 crore (Mar'25 Rs 5.53 crore).
