The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.49 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.68 per cent at Rs 89.59 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 76.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.65 per cent to Rs 83.77 crore from Rs 70.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 60.00 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.10 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 4.90 per cent to Rs 5.82 crore as against Rs 6.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.15 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 33.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.98 crore, while Taxation increased by 98.81 per cent at Rs 1.67 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.84 crore).
